A classic French Pound Cake Recipe perfect every time!



4 whole eggs room temp.

250 gr all purpose flour

250 gr butter (unsalted) room temp.

250 gr caster sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup of milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


In an electric mixer, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.


Add eggs one by one.


Add vanilla extract.


Add flour and baking powder until just combined. Last, sdd milk.


Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 30 to 45 min. Let it to cool and serve. Enjoy!
